12. SEED REGISTER

Members who use the Seed Register are obliged to check if their seed/grain sales or purchases are covered by PBR and undertake any seed sales as their own responsibility. The authors accept no repsonsibility for seed sales or transactions that do not abide by PBR, TRADE PRACTICES ACT, sale of goods act or other laws or if the advertisers details on seeds are advertised incorrectly.

13. Mention of tradenames does not imply endorsement or preference of any companies product or services and omission of any tradenames are unintentional.
