Terms and Conditions

1. Goods and services offered on website
Membership for subscription to newsletter, access to agronomic / scientific information, photos, and membership to a buy sell facility for farmer to farmer trading of seeds.

2. No items are shipped, newsletters are sent via email.

3. Transaction Currency - Australian Dollars  $AUD.

4. Fees
 Annual membership to website (includes newsletters, access to images and articles) = $200 AUD  per annum + $20 AUD  GST
Images available to non-members at the listed price + GST

5. Delivery times - access to website as soon as membership paid for.
Regular newsletters available by email, if newsletter and website access is not granted, the customer will be notified within 7 working days.

6. No export restrictions - no goods shipped.

7. It is not our policy to offer a refund on the membership fee once the membership has already been granted and paid for.
